Your technology works.
Your marketing does not.

I help AI companies and emerging tech founders turn complex technology into positioning, content, and narrative that moves people to act.

01 / The through-line

Web3 was the training ground.
AI is the same problem.

I built my edge in Web3 — one of the hardest marketing environments that exists. Technically sharp audiences. Zero tolerance for hype. Markets that call out weak messaging immediately.

Most AI startups do not have a product problem. They have a market comprehension problem. The product exists. The market does not understand it yet. The founders cannot explain it simply enough.

That is not a new problem. It is the same problem Web3 had — and the same problem I have been solving for years.

CryptopolitanEditorial & Newsletter
NewsletterContent StrategyAudience Building

Scaled one of the largest crypto-native newsletters globally — from early-stage to 150K+ subscribers. Built content systems, editorial frameworks, and audience development strategy for a technically sophisticated, skepticism-high readership.

axelr8AI Startup — GTM & Narrative
AIPositioningGTM

Working with the founding team on positioning, go-to-market thinking, and narrative architecture for a complex AI product. Focus: making the technology legible to the right buyers before the sales motion begins.

klypp.aiAI Startup — Messaging & Distribution
AIMessagingDistribution

Building out the messaging framework and content distribution engine. The challenge: a technically strong product operating in a noisy category where most competitors default to feature lists instead of market education.

03 / How I work
01

Understand the market gap

Where does the product sit relative to what the market currently understands? What do buyers need to believe before the product makes sense to them?

02

Sharpen the narrative

Strip back the jargon. Find the simplest true version of what the product does and why it matters — then build from there.

03

Build the distribution engine

Strategy without reach is just a document. I build content systems and distribution infrastructure that work in skeptical, technical markets.

04

Turn it into repeatable momentum

Single campaigns don't build category trust. The goal is a compounding system — founder brand, content, community, and earned media working together.

04 / What I do

Positioning & Messaging

Market positioning, narrative architecture, and category framing for complex technology products.

Go-to-Market Strategy

GTM strategy built for technically sophisticated audiences who need education before persuasion.

Content & Distribution

Content systems, newsletter strategy, and distribution infrastructure that compound over time.

Founder Personal Brand

Positioning founders as credible voices in their category — LinkedIn, speaking, and thought leadership.

AI Workflow Integration

Building AI-assisted marketing operations that cut overhead without cutting quality.

Embedded Operator

For companies that need strategic and execution capability without a full-time hire.

If your product needs a 30-minute demo to make sense, your positioning is broken

The demo is not proof of concept. It's proof that you haven't figured out how to explain what you built yet. Most early-stage founders treat this as a product problem. It isn't.

There's a specific failure mode I keep seeing. The product is impressive. The demo is impressive. But the market doesn't know why it matters to them. That's not a product gap. That's a narrative gap.

I am most useful when the product is strong
but the market story is weak.

I work with AI companies, deep tech founders, and emerging tech startups who are building in categories the market does not fully understand yet.
